Taslima Ahmed is passionate about enhancing population health through effective dietary management. Her research focuses on exploring the relationship between dietary factors, nutrition, and disease through large-scale epidemiological studies and clinical trials. She has a particular interest in identifying objective biomarkers of dietary patterns to advance the understanding of diet-disease relationships.
Taslima holds a Master's degree in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition, graduating with Distinction from University College London (UCL), UK. She also earned a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Food Science and Technology, achieving a CGPA of 3.87 out of 4.00, and a Master of Science in Applied Human Nutrition and Dietetics, with a CGPA of 3.92 out of 4.00, from the Faculty of Food Science and Technology at Chattogram Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Bangladesh.
