Ms. Fatema Akhter has been teaching in the Department of Fish Biology and Biotechnology, Chattogram Veterinary & Animal Sciences University (CVASU) for 3 years. In that time she has created some amazing learning space for students. She is a graduate of Faculty of Fisheries, CVASU and also completed her Master of Science (MS) in June 2018 from the Department of Fish Biology and Biotechnology, CVASU. She was awarded with the Gold Medal Award for holding the 1st position in B. Sc. Fisheries (Hons.), Faculty of Fisheries, CVASU. Being in love with teaching she started her career as a Lecturer in the Dept. of Fish Biology and Biotechnology, CVASU and served in that position from November 2017 to November 2019. Currently she is serving as an Assistant Professor in the same department. She has immense interest in the field of Molecular Biology and Genetic Engineering. As being young for her profession, she would like to contribute to develop her skill and expertise in the area of molecular biology and fish genetic engineering in future.
