Mr. Monsur Ahmad completed his B.Sc (Hons.) in Food Science and Technology (FST) and Master of Science (MS) in Food Chemistry and Quality Assurance degree from Faculty of Food Science and Technology, Chattogram Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Khulshi, Chattogram.

 

He started his career as a Lecturer since 2015 in the Department of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Technology, Faculty of Food Science and Technology, Chattogram Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU). Now he is working as Associate Professor. His research interests are in the areas of Analytical Food Chemistry, Food Safety and Food toxicology etc.
